Jess is excited to be launching this blog to better serve not only her clients but the fitness community in general. Although everyone’s fitness goals may be different, we all share one common mission, which is to become the best versions of ourselves as we possibly can.

Jess is not your average personal trainer. She truly cares for her clients both in person and virtual. If you want someone who is hands-on with making sure you are reaching your goals and someone who continues to push you to put in the work, she is that person. She doesn’t expect you to eat celery sticks and pass on the wine. She understands and appreciates balance, which sets her methods apart from others and makes her approach to a healthy lifestyle not only realistic but successful as well.

She has gone through her own transformation as well, which helps her to relate to what her client’s personal fitness journey’s.

The goal of this blog is to discuss everything healthy lifestyle related. We will be sharing recipes, nutrition tips, fitness knowledge, workouts, interviews with real clients discussing how they achieve their goals, staying motivated, and everything in between. We are here to be a knowledge base and a support system to those who already do or those who want to make fitness a priority in their life.
